As we passed through this area, we stopped at several national monuments and parks that showcased this beautiful culture. We got up close and personal with their history, climbing up wooden ladders to kivas, searching for petroglyphs, and exploring real cliff dwellings!

We visited the White Sands National Monument in New Mexico this March. We had a blast sledding down the white sand dunes, watching the sunsets, and even went on a guided nature tour. What a unique oasis in New Mexico!
