If you’re here the chances are you want to know more about Liz and Dennis of Eat See RV! We are glad you’re here and eager to get to know us better. We’re two travel loving, real estate investing, foodies that are following our dream of living life on the road. After lots of planning and preparing in March of 2017, we sold most of our belongings and moved into a 2017 Grand Design Momentum 328M Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler with our two cats. After a year and a half of full-time travel, we downsized to a smaller Class C RV that we are renovating. We continue to travel in our RV full time, exploring and sharing all the wonderful sights, food, and adventures North America has to offer.
Shortly after meeting and starting our careers in Orlando, FL, talk of grand ideas to travel the world left us itching for freedom and new experiences. Loving exotic foods, cultures, and lands, we knew we wanted to travel extensively in other countries. However, the more we talked about our plans, the worse we felt about going overseas before exploring our own beautiful country. That’s when we decided to RV the United States before heading abroad. We found our dream, but we needed jobs that provided the freedom to work from anywhere with the income to support full time travel. Even though we knew nothing about real estate or investing, we started our company, Seasoned Funding in 2013 and hit the ground running. There were lots of ups and downs of taking on a “side hustle”…not to mention the challenge of learning how to invest in real estate, but we knew the end result would be worth it. Four and half years later, in June 2017, we quit our jobs to take on our real estate business full time and hit the road.
Over the next few years, we’ll be traveling throughout the United States, taking in all of the unique qualities each city, state and region has to offer. We look forward to sharing our adventure with you!
Pilar and Oliver are our two adorable cats. Both adopted from the SPCA and love living the RV lifestyle. Pilar is a “Hemingway” cat, meaning she has extra toes, often found on the cats on the Hemingway property. We named her accordingly, after the scandalous gypsy character Pilar in For Whom the Bell Tolls (by Ernest Hemingway). Oliver is the friendly and cuddly companion we adopted just one year later who acts more like a dog than a cat. We never thought we were “cat people” until we got them. Now, we’re bonafide cat lovers. We hope you enjoyed getting to know more about Liz and Dennis of Eat See RV and we hope we can meet face to face one day!
